Hi, I'm Bastien, a web developer. I develop beautifully simple things, and I think that's pretty cool !

French web developer, I have worked on very different projects since I started my IT studies in 2016. I prefer sober and refined interfaces but above all functional and responsive, so that my projects are attractive and available everywhere.

Improving and facilitating the user experience, thanks to the use of high-performance technologies, is for me the key factor for a successful project. Interested in the entire web development spectrum, I constantly learn new things on my own.

Label Icon Happycab is a platform where accounting firms can develop their employer brand and attract accountants to their homes. We did a total technical and visual overhaul of the site as well as in the development of all the features it offers to firms. We started from scratch the v2 of the website, and using fresh and new techs or frameworks was so much enriching. I worked to deeply understand many concepts of Javascript, APIs, integrations and so much more.

Label Icon A friend of mine recommended me to his company, since they needed a website to present and sell their brand new product : an automatic doorman for a chicken coop. Since the client needed to have a nice interface and be able to manage the website without me, we agreed to use a Wordpress. It was a long time since I used one, but it was an interesting challenge to pick the right plugins to match the client's needs.

Label Icon I did 2 projects with MeilleurPlacement. The first one was the redesign of the company's website. The second one was about digitalizing a 60 pages life insurance form with complex rules. We had to refactor all the website frontend, applying the new graphical charter while keeping everything operational. Since we started the form from scratch, we were free for the techs' choices, the organization of the code, and it was complex but very formative to do this.

Label Icon The objective of this project was to do a deep technical remake of the artist collective's website aatchi.fr, as well as simplifying its administration. This project was my first with a real client (Agile methods) but I managed to deliver a complete from-scratch project, using vanilla JS and PHP. Even so, all the requested features (and even more) were fully functionnal.
